*SEND POLICY- Special Educational needs and disabilities
We aim for all our children to make outstanding progress irrespective of their special educational needs.
The specific service we provide to children with SEND will depend on their individual needs.
Children with Special educational needs are tracked and planned for in partnership with parents and other professionals that are involved with the child’s progress and development.
We meet with parents and carers in order to put a home school partnership plan in place. The plan is reviewed on a termly basis and their progress is also reviewed and discussed at the termly parent’s progress meeting. Please see our SEND policy for a comprehensive understanding of the various stages we work through.
